I am an educational leader with over 15 years as a classroom teacher. I have experience in both teaching and providing training to teachers. My experience in tutoring ranges from prekindergarten to college level students.

I have 20 + years experience teaching a diverse group of students, including, but limited to: adult learners, GATE, special needs, high risk youth and English language learners. I have a proven track record of success tutoring people who are studying to take a standardized test such as the CBEST and the GED exam.

I held a Job Search Keeping/Seeking Credential for the State of California for 5 years. I taught employability skills training in California correctional schools for over 10 years. As a trainer for the State of California, I provided employability skills curriculum training to teachers of alternative education classes.

Currently I provide CBEST Test Preparation Workshops to up and coming teachers. I am an experienced school administrator. In my supervisory roles I provided formal and informal training to new teachers. As a supervisor, CBEST test preparation was part of the training I provided to intern and new teachers. I have numerous years of experience as a BTSA Coach and Mentor Teacher. As a BTSA (Beginning teacher Support and Assessment) Coach one of my responsibilities was to coach teachers from Mexico and Spain, who were new to teaching in California. This included assisting beginning teachers with their CBEST test preparation.
