I’m am very patient and take every opportunity to compliment and encourage my students. I’m always available for consultation outside of the lesson setting. I feel it’s important to be flexible and innovative as a teacher because every student has a unique personality and way of learning. I believe each student must be treated with respect and never treated her n a condescending manner. Keep your chin up and plow on!! You can do this!!
