I received my Bachelor of Biological Sciences degree from the University of California, Irvine. I'm a part-time Medical Assistant at a Hospital and I love to tutor students of all ages and backgrounds whenever I can! I have experience in college level biology, microbiology, and chemistry.
Tutoring has always been a passion for me, I would always be that friend or student where I would be asked to help others or lend a helping hand. As a student, I found that teachers would spend more than an hour on one concept which would lose my focus, to combat this I turned to youtube videos where that same concept would be taught in less than 5 mins! I bring this approach to my tutoring work by being there every step of the way with you in solving problems or even just giving a lecture about a concept. I am a very patient tutor who is completely fine repeating something over 5 times just to make sure you are solid and we can move ahead. I want this to be a successful learning experience for the both of us!
I had finished college in less than 3 years by enrolling in over 22 units per quarter system with a 3.8 GPA. In my free time, I am a lab assistant at a stem cell clinic at UCI. In my junior year of high school, I was already enrolled in college tackling electives. I always look forward to working with new students of all ages.
