I recently earned a Master’s degree in Environmental Design degree (spatial track) from the Art Center College of Design, which, combined with my Bachelor of Arts in architecture from Cal Poly SLO and with years of volunteer and substitute teaching experience, have well prepared me for this position.
My present research-based design project has given me a solid grasp of current trends and a futuristic design. I experimented with the latest technological methods of model making as well as computer based architecture practices. As an undergraduate student of the late 80’s with limited technology available, I gained invaluable experience practicing hand drafting and model making. These unique skills enable me to educate students dynamically using old and new techniques of design further nurturing their creativity.
It is my goal to combine my wide range of experience with my innate ability to be an engaging, enthusiastic, empathetic, patient, and joyful educator who will have a positive and productive influence on students and advance their education.
Solid knowledge of the language academically and my native language, Clear goals and objectives for each student needs, fun and motivating environment, I naturally connect with and focus on the student. Inspire and guide the student to their learning journey
I practiced traditional and technological methods, simplify projects and use solid foundation first, then building one step at a time to reach higher than expected.
Making sure you are enjoying your learning process is my goal. I look forward to be part of your success.
