I graduated from the California State University Los Angeles, which is where I earned a B.A. in History. Also, I hold a California K-12 Mild to Moderate Level II teaching credential with a certificate of autism. Working in education for 10 years has enabled to me support student academically, behaviorally, and socially to reach all of their academic goals. Creating a positive learning environment is important for a student success in academics. Also, I have a strong background in building positive behavior supports plans for students to become successful in the classroom and in their personal life. Also, I can support for all teacher preparation test such as CBEST, Multiple Subject CSET, RICA.

In addition, I have tutored general education K-12 and at the college level for the past 9 years in all academic subjects. Currently, I work with students with significant executive function deficits and slowly emerging reading, writing skills, and mathematical computation skills. As an educator it is imperative that all academic learning strategies are applied when teaching a student a new academic skill. Overall, the function of an educator is to offer academic tools or strategies to make the student successful in all of their academic and life future endeavors.
