As a summa cum laude graduate of The Buckley School in LA, I’ve walked the path students are on—navigating AP classes, SAT prep, and the pressure to excel. My 99th percentile SAT score wasn’t luck—it was strategy. I sought out to absorb the most effective resources and proven frameworks for academic mastery. These techniques helped me to excel in my Bioengineering Bachelors of Science at UC Berkeley.

Now, I help students build foundations for lifelong success, whether they’re mastering fractions or dissecting concepts in AP Bio. Over the last 9 years, I have tutored students in elementary after-school programs, college office hours, and instructed lab procedures in chemistry and physics. I specialize in STEM subjects including Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Programming.
I focus on confidence first. Every student learns differently: some need structured frameworks, others thrive with open-ended exploration. My role is to listen, adapt, and turn “I don’t get it” into “Wait, this is cool.”
Students get undivided attention, as my sessions are limited to a small roster. Progress isn't rushed, it's earned. Maybe a student is shy about asking questions, or bored in class and craving a challenge. Either way, I adapt. Having worked with families from institutions like Buckley, UC Berkeley, and other top Bay Area schools, I understand the unspoken rules of high-achieving communities: it’s not just about grades, but laying the stepping stones toward a success-oriented mindset.
Parents tell me their kids leave sessions not just understanding more, but feeling lighter. That’s the spark I bring: rigor wrapped in kindness. Just a former “Kumon kid” who knows the power of starting strong.
Let’s discuss your academic goals in a consultation. You’ll leave with a plan and clarity.
