I have tutoring experience in General Chemistry through a classroom, laboratory, and private setting for 3+ years. I love helping students improve their tangible performance in their courses and learn to be comfortable with the subject, which can be very challenging.
After tutoring for a General Chemistry Lab course my sophomore year at UCSB, I continued into a paid tutoring role through the university, engaging in both group and individual tutoring for the General Chemistry lecture series. I continued in this capacity into my senior year and also tutored students in the Honors Organic Chemistry course taught by my research professor. I taught in an official role as a TA during my PhD studies at Caltech, including two quarters of general chemistry, two of introductory organic chemistry, and one quarter of advanced organic chemistry. I completed my degree in June 2025.
