I do very well with anxious and sensitive learners because I was one once myself. All of my lessons are very individualized based on the learner's skill, interests, and goals. Everyone learns differently, so my teaching style is very accommodating and flexible.
My lessons are an even mix of theory and technique, and my student's goals and interests. If you like a certain genre, want to learn a specific song, or riff, I'm here for it.
One of the best things about teaching is that I see my students fall in love with learning music, and eventually become empowered with the confidence and skill to pick up other instruments too. Some of my students have become multi-instrumentalists.
