Hello! I'm an experienced guitar teacher and performer and have studied a variety of musical styles for over ten years. I have over five years of professional teaching experience and am very patient with my students, inspiring and guiding them to becoming a musician.

I attended the University of Redlands to study music at their prestigious conservatory. I studied both Jazz and Classical music with a focus on Jazz guitar performance, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music. I also discovered a passion for teaching at Redlands after taking classes on the art of teaching music and after volunteering my time at different schools and musical summer camps.

I also took a Recording Arts class at the University of Redlands and soon after interned for studio engineer Jeff Peters at The Pie Studios in Pasadena. It was a very inspiring internship that motivated me to study Recording Arts and produce my own projects.

After graduating the University of Redlands, I was hired as the Music and Recording Arts Teacher at Fusion Academy, Warner Center. I taught Middle through High School students two levels of Recording Arts classes, as well as different levels of Drums, Bass, Guitar, Piano, Voice, Ukulele, and Music Theory classes. I also wrote my own Pro Tools and Recording Arts lessons and tests based off of authorized music production courses. I recently finished my Avid Training and I'm now a certified Pro Tools User.
