I attended Northwestern University and completed the pre-med track and a major in Neuroscience with a concentration in Biology. I graduated in 2024 with a GPA of 3.9. I studied for the MCAT Exam from March to May 2025, and received a score of 521 on the May exam, which equates to approximately the 98th percentile.

I used UWorld, the Kaplan books, and YouTube to get inspired. After refreshing a bit on the major concepts and exam format, I realized that test questions provided by the AAMC were the gold standard and most worth my time. However, everyone’s studying strategy ought to be different. It should heavily depend on how your brain works, your learning style, test-taking style, what areas you are most developed in, and what areas need work. I will help you identify those so that we can prepare in the most effective way possible, to eliminate burnout and overwhelm.

For the last six years, I have volunteered as a tutor/teacher for the North Boys Enrichment Program, Science in the Classroom, NU Heights, and Books and Breakfast. Teaching elementary, middle, and high school levels granted me the ability to communicate complex concepts at all different levels. It also taught me how best to motivate my students to be excited about what they are learning.

I have also worked for about a year as a lab assistant at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience, studying the Tao protein in Alzheimer's patients, and I worked in a dermatology office for seven years part-time as a front and back office assistant.
