Throughout my time, I've been exposed to all types of students, and have experience developing adaptable methods to meet the unique needs of each learner. Although I've taught practically all subjects within this age range, my focus is on math, a subject I love.
My academic background solidifies the fundamentals of teaching. I was an honors student at a rigorous high school in Los Angeles, so I understand the pressures and demands today’s students face, as well as the academic environments they aim to thrive in. After high school, I went on to earn both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from USC, giving me a strong foundation in math, science, and problem-solving that I bring to every tutoring session.
What I enjoy most is watching a student’s confidence grow when a difficult concept finally clicks. In each session, I strive to create a positive, supportive learning environment that empowers students to succeed and feel proud of their progress.
