With a strong foundation in mathematics education, I am dedicated to fostering student success through engaging instruction and individualized support. I am completing a B.S. in Adolescent Education with a Mathematics concentration at St. John’s University, maintaining a 3.97 GPA while excelling as a Division 1 student-athlete and team captain. I have earned my TEFL certification and passed the NYSTCE Educating All Students exam, with my Initial Teacher Certification and Math CST expected in May 2025. My commitment to academic excellence has been recognized through the Dean’s List, Academic Achievement Scholarship, and induction into Chi Alpha Sigma.

My teaching experience spans classroom instruction and individualized tutoring, allowing me to tailor learning to diverse student needs. As a student-teacher at St. John’s Preparatory High School, I have taught Algebra 2, Algebra 2 Honors, and Geometry Honors, designing interactive lessons and assessments aligned with NYSED standards. Additionally, I have tutored Algebra 1 students, helping one pass the Regents exam to graduate. My approach emphasizes engagement, differentiation, and confidence-building.
