Hi there! I’m Sreenidhi, and I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine. Throughout my education, I’ve nurtured a passion for any and all kinds of mathematics. I have around 3 years of tutoring experience in various math subjects. I’m proficient in many areas such as algebra, calculus, geometry, statistics, and linear algebra. Getting a 1520 on the SAT, I’m also confident in my ability to teach SAT Math. I started out as a volunteer tutor in high school, but later went on to co-found a local chapter of the non-profit Learn To Be to serve my community. I’ve also been a teaching assistant for the Intro Java class at my high school.
To me, math holds a kind of mystery pattern, which I’m always intrigued to find. I would like to teach my students to love math the same way, and am determined to tailor my teaching to each individual student and make it as interactive & engaging as possible by using analogies, visual aids, and games. I don’t want to give out the answer, but rather encourage students to discover it themselves to really ensure they are learning. I’m excited to work with students of all levels and backgrounds to guide them towards their goal.
