I have spent over 23 years helping diverse learners reach their full potential. My undergraduate degree in Psychology (USF, 2007) and my Master's in Educational Leadership (Purdue Global, 2024) drive my student-centered approach. From 2001 to 2005, I provided in-home ABA therapy to children with diverse learning needs, facilitating their transitions to mainstream schools. In Dubai (2009-2013), I implemented, led, and taught 1:1 and group-based therapies at Stepping Stones and helped establish Dubai's first successful inclusion program that integrated children with learning needs into mainstream classes. Co-founding The Widad Center, Dubai (2013-2020), I led and directed a team of over 25, supporting more than 200 students, implementing innovative programs and modified curricula, and fostering a supportive learning environment for students aged 5 to 18. Returning to the US in 2020, I served as Director/Site Administrator at LEARN Behavioral (2021-2024), leading the design and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum and fostering collaborative partnerships between families, staff, and school districts. My current consulting practice continues this mission, empowering me to help even more learners achieve their potential by providing tailored learning experiences for diverse students of all ages and backgrounds.
