Hi, I'm Shruthi! I hold a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Environmental Biology and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. My academic training has given me a strong foundation in both the life sciences and in understanding how people learn and process complex information. Through my studies, I developed a deep appreciation for breaking down difficult scientific and analytical concepts into clear, structured explanations that are easier to understand and retain.

In addition to my academic background, I have professional experience in both basic science research and clinical research settings. These roles strengthened my ability to think critically, interpret data, and communicate complex information clearly and accurately. I've also gained experience tutoring students in both English and science, primarily through one-on-one sessions with high school and college students. In these sessions, I’ve helped students with everything from foundational concept review to exam preparation and writing support.

My tutoring approach is patient, structured, and adaptable. I typically begin by identifying areas of confusion and then work through material step-by-step, reinforcing core concepts before moving into more advanced application. I place a strong emphasis on building confidence and encouraging students to actively engage with the material rather than just memorizing it. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making steady, measurable progress!
