Hey everyone, I'm Weber — a dedicated basketball, volleyball, and fitness/athletic trainer. At 5 '5 weighing 150 lbs I have to train that much harder and smarter in order to compete. Now, I’m passionate about passing that wisdom on to other athletes. Below is a high level summary of my experience in each of those categories!
In middle and high school, I had the opportunity to train alongside Division 1 and former pro basketball players. I played 2 years of AAU and 3 years of school basketball, and during my senior year, I discovered my passion for coaching. I started by assisting with an AAU team and my high school’s freshman team.
After college, I began training players from middle school to the collegiate level. I teach fundamentals like shooting, ball handling, finishing, and decision-making. I also break down film with my athletes to help them better understand their game and how to improve.
I played 3 years of varsity volleyball in high school as both an outside hitter and libero. After college, I continued competing in high-level leagues as a setter.
I’ve been coaching club and middle school volleyball, along with providing private lessons. I’m experienced across all positions and tailor my coaching to fit each athlete’s role on the court.
I also emphasize the importance of athleticism through agility and plyometrics, because it benefits every position.
After 10 years of consistent training, discipline, and smart programming, I was able to achieve a 405 lb squat, 475 lb deadlift, 270 lb bench, 240 lb power clean — and a 40+ inch vertical. With 10 years of consistent training, discipline, and smart programming.
I’ve trained alongside Division 1 and professional athletes and have experience with strength and performance programs across multiple sports, including rugby, basketball, and football.
As a trainer, I have designed over a dozen programs for clients, tailoring to their goals and sports.
