I am a young linguist who wants to be the world's best linguist in the near future; I have a decent experience in tutoring English, but not so much in German. Actually, I practically had 4 years of German, with German 1,2 and AP together (the third level was skipped). I began tutoring in English last summer in 2015, and from the start of my tutoring career, I was a novice, but eventually gained confidence in tutoring students of young age; the best part about tutoring is that you're able to assess the difficulties that they may need to improve on. In other words, to evaluate and improve the student's academic performance, and to implement effective learning materials.
Personally, I've been a tutor for about 2 years now (summer 2015 English and summer 2016 math), and hopefully, when I tutor someone who struggles in German or English, I will give my best quality and attitude to improve that subject field. It will be a rewarding experience to learn someone like me, because I am wanting to gain some experiences as a linguist.
I was a tutor for RWD program (Read, Write, Discover). I specialize in German, English, and History/Western Civilization II tutoring.
