I’m an award winning playwright and actor. I’m a SAG-Eligible actor with a degree from the University of San Francisco. I’ve been an actor since 2006 with extensive experience acting in commercials, industrials, web series, TV shows, feature films, and stage productions. I know how to act for the camera as well as for the stage. I’ve also dabbled in voice acting by voicing minor characters in scripted podcasts.
As a writer, I earned my MFA in Writing and Producing for Television from Loyola Marymount University. I’ve had 5 short plays receive staged readings, 3 short plays receive fully mounted productions, and I currently have a one-act and a full length play in development. I’ve written and performed two one-man shows in San Francisco to glowing reviews.
For the last five years, I’ve taught Screenwriting, Acting, Directing, and Podcasting to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am well versed in teaching these subjects and working with my students to hone their skills and learn new skills. I’ve supervised and managed the filmmaking process all the way from ideation to post-production.
The subjects I teach are unique in that they require the student (you) to be vulnerable and step out of your comfort zone. It’s terrifying. But I foster an environment that is safe. I will never shame any of my students for anything they perform or write. Even if you don’t want to be an actor, but just want to be a more confident public speaker…I can help you get there. I will always give you supportive feedback that is actionable. Together, we will work to figure out your goals and I’ll craft a way for us to get you there.
Whether it’s bulking up a personal essay, a cover letter, a creative writing assignment, a play or screenplay you’re working on, practicing a speech you have to deliver, preparing for a big audition, or additional support for your acting role, I can help you! I want to help you. If you have any questions about the services I offer, please reach out. I’m happy to discuss with you!

Film

Film

I'm speaking in terms of film screenwriting. I'm currently a graduate screenwriting student at Loyola Marymount University's School of Film in Television. Specifically, I'm studying Writing and Producing for Television. This education makes me very proficient in screenplay structure, format, creating a story, creating characters, etc. I can also teach structures for Television: 30 minute sitcoms, or 1 hour dramas, as well as digital web series.
Proofreading

Proofreading

With three years experience towards an MFA in Writing for Television, I know that a successful writer has fresh eyes look over their work to ensure it makes sense. I can not only help ensure your writing is free of grammar and spelling errors, I can also ensure your writing makes sense.
Public Speaking

Public Speaking

I relate Public Speaking to Acting. As an actor, I've had to get in front of huge crowds of people and not only speak but, essentially, make a fool of myself. In addition, I worked as a Tour Guide for The University of San Francisco during my Sophomore-Senior years. These experiences allow me to be super comfortable in front of a crowd, even crowds of strangers. If you're afraid of public speaking, that's natural! The key to public speaking is confidence; in yourself, and what you're saying. My goal is to guide you through that process of building confidence and rocking that speech!
Theater

Theater

I've been an active performer since 2006. I started performing in high school, and continued to major in acting at The University of San Francisco. My degree is officially a BA in Performing Arts and Social Justice. While in college, I performed in 6 of 8 main stage shows, as well as other side shows. I performed on and off campus and in 2013, I transitioned into TV/Film acting. I've been cast in commercials, industrials, web series, and also been featured in TV shows and a feature film! Although none of that is technically "theatre" related, I have a wide range of acting experience that can be helpful for anybody looking to start or continue their acting career. I can help in memorization, cold reading techniques, audition techniques, improv techniques, building a character, inhabiting a character physically, and much more!
Writing

Writing

I'm an award winning playwright with short plays produced in LA, San Francisco, and Ben Lomond. I have been a semi-finalist in NBC's "Ya Tu Sabes" monologue competition, and I have one full length play and one one-act play in development. I know how to tell a story. I can assist with any creative writing assignment or even personal essays for college applications. Let's elevate your writing!
