As part of my teaching assistant position as a teacher assistant at Santa Clara university my junior and senior years in college. I learned the process of Introducing a new language to someone, not only in the classroom atmosphere but during tutoring after class. I at many occasions taught classes by myself if the professor wasn't able to attend those days. I prepared student for their exams and mentor those willing to really learn how to speak the language.
I am a former division 1 basketball player and a current personal basketball trainer. During my time as a student athlete at Santa Clara university, I was fortunate to be part of the coaching staff for our yearly summer camp. I served as a coach and mentor for young players with dreams to play high level basketball and hopefully earn a scholarship somewhere.
I love teaching whether it's French or basketball. I enjoy watching people learn and get better as they learn.
