An Exceptional Tutor!
Tanya was tutoring my daughter in Chemistry Honor for 6 months. With Tanya’s help, my daughter made significant progress; her grade went up by one full grade. Tanya is a very patient tutor. She explained the concepts to my daughter in a step-by-step fashion. She was also very attentive to where my daughter most needed help with and she catered to that need. She would also come very prepared. Before tests or exams, she would ask my daughter for the study guide so she could prepare the materials on her own (using her own time). She is also very flexible. She usually came once a week. But when there was an upcoming test or exam, she would volunteer to come for an extra day during that week. When there was a school break or there were no new materials for that week, she had no issue skipping that week. Because my daughter was involved in many school activities, the only time was Sunday and Tanya didn't mind. I really like Tanya. As a tutor to my daughter, she is patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, focusing on the area that my daughter needs help with most. To me, she is a partner who is very flexible and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Tanya for any Chemistry students who need support.

Goes the extra mile for her students
Tanya was a tremendous help to me in my Intro to Java programming class. She was very patient with me and took the time to explain things so I would understand them. One of the requirements for my class was a group project and Tanya came through for my whole group. I sent her a copy of my program requirements and she took the time, on her own initiative, to write the complete program so she could show me and the other members of my group what she had done and how and why it worked.
