I know that math and physics can be frustrating because I’ve taken these classes myself not long ago. I remember which topics were the hardest and the explanations that finally made them click. My goal is to help you truly understand the material so you can solve problems on your own with confidence.
I graduated from Leigh High School, where I was a member of the National Honor Society and completed over 200 hours of volunteer tutoring. I worked one-on-one and in small groups with middle and high school students, and I’ve also provided private online tutoring. One experience that really shaped me was helping my older cousin when she was close to not graduating high school. Together, we built better study habits and helped her graduate. That experience showed me how much the right support can change a student’s confidence.
I specialize in math, physics, and essay editing. I earned A’s in every math course I took, including Integrated Math 1, 2, 3 STEM, and AP Calculus AB (calc 1 in university) and will be taking AP Calculus BC (calc 2 in university) this upcoming school year. I earned a 4 on the AP Calculus AB exam, a 5 on the AP Physics 1 exam, and was recognized as an AP Scholar. I also completed AP English Language and AP English Literature, allowing me to help students strengthen essays while keeping their writing authentic.
Every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching to fit each person. I focus on understanding why an answer works instead of memorizing steps, and I encourage students to explain their thinking so I can clear up misconceptions. My goal is for you to leave each lesson feeling more confident than when you started.
