I hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minor in Computer Science, and I've had the privilege of teaching hundreds of K–12 students in STEM through volunteer programs. My experience spans fun, hands-on topics like LEGO robotics and wearable tech to foundational computer science concepts like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I’ve also taught computer literacy at libraries and senior centers, helping adults and older learners build confidence with technology.

My tutoring style emphasizes clarity and patience. I use an "I do, we do, you do" approach, guiding students from demonstration to collaboration to independent practice. I especially enjoy working with beginners or those new to a subject, whether it's computer literacy, troubleshooting, or early programming. My goal is to create an encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning through mistakes.
Professionally, I’ve worked in both hardware and software engineering across small startups, nonprofits, contract roles, and Fortune 25 companies. My current focus is backend development using Python and Flask. Whether leading a classroom, mentoring one-on-one, or directing a summer engineering program, I enjoy helping others build skills and confidence in STEM.
In addition to engineering, I’m a professional digital artist. My anime and fashion-inspired work has been featured in juried exhibitions in New York, London, Amsterdam, and at TwitchCon. I also designed a public art installation that premiered near Times Square. I use Procreate as my main tool but also work with pencil and ink. I enjoy helping aspiring artists bring their characters to life, especially in anime-style illustration, realism, anatomy, proportion, and character design.
Whether you're diving into your first line of code or your first sketch, I’m here to support your learning journey with encouragement, structure, and real-world experience.
