Hello, everyone! My name is Audrey, and I bring a strong academic background and a passion for helping students succeed to my tutoring practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Data Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from UC Berkeley. My journey into tutoring was inspired by my own transformative experience with 1:1 tutoring, where I saw how personalized support not only improved grades but also built lasting confidence. Now, I am dedicated to providing that same impactful experience to my students.
I have three years of experience tutoring Algebra 1 & 2, Pre-Calculus, Calculus 1 & 2, and Data Science. I’ve worked with students from middle school to college in both one-on-one and small group settings of up to five students, creating engaging and personalized learning environments tailored to their needs.

My dedication to teaching is rooted in my academic achievements. I scored an 800 on the SAT Math Subject Test, an 800 on the SAT Math Section, and a 35 on the ACT Math Section. I also earned a 5 on the AP Calculus AB and BC exams and a 6 on the IB Math Higher Level exam. Beyond academics, I competed in Abacus for over 10 years, earning Gold Excellence awards annually. As a member of the international team, I represented my region at global competitions, gaining experience in precision and focus—qualities I bring to my tutoring.

My teaching approach focuses on meeting students where they are and helping them build a solid understanding of the material. In our sessions, we’ll review key concepts, work through practice problems, and, if time permits, review homework for accuracy. I’m also happy to incorporate resources recommended by parents or teachers to maximize learning outcomes.
