Hello everyone! My name is Khudheeja, and I'm looking forward to working with you! I have about 10+ years of experience teaching and tutoring in a variety of subjects. Now a first-year medical student, I scored 130 in the CARS section of the MCAT at a 98th percentile. I am a specialized CARS tutor and love to discuss the strategies that will lead pre-meds to success on the MCAT, specifically this tricky section!

I'd like to share more about my background to help you gain a holistic understanding of my capacity as an educator and tutor. Upon graduating high school, I scored a 99th percentile in the SAT. I then attended University of California Berkeley as a pre-medical student and completed a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Studies. I am now a first-year medical student in the Class of 2028 and plan to seek a residency in Internal Medicine, with a focus in specializing in cardiology.

I believe my longstanding interests in reading fiction, learning multiple languages, and especially my undergraduate background in environmental sociology really prepared me for excelling in the CARS section. I believe there are common misconceptions to the way students approach this section which can be easily resolved by understanding 5-10 strategies to analyze passages effectively and efficiently, escape logic traps, and eliminate answer choices. My belief is that CARS is a section that can be solved by using a flowchart that has built in these strategies so that students can walk through each passage in a methodical and efficient manner. A background in scientific or non-scientific literature certainly helps, but I am confident that any student can crack CARS by simply following this protocol which does not require any outside knowledge!

The BEST CARS TUTOR

Khudheeja has been helping me with the CARS section on the MCAT for the last 5 months and she is such a kind and patient tutor. I lost all hope for CARS BUT WITH HER HELP I WAS ABLE TO GO FROM A 119 to 124 which i never thought was possible. I cannot recommend her more to ANYONE struggling with CARS!!!!

Before I started MCAT tutoring , I didn’t really have guidance on certain topics , when to apply , or how I should study for it . Khudeeja was amazing especially at CARS, I can’t thank her enough with how well she helped. She has this special technique and would break down the passage in a specific way to help increase my comprehension. During my time with Khudeeja we started by first understanding how to highlight effectively and then as I continued with more sessions focused on more techniques related to answering the questions. She is clearly very knowledgeable in CARS, and my only regret is not trying tutoring sessions with her in the other portions of the MCAT such as bio/biochem or psychology. She was very professional and organized and would make the tutoring session very curated to my specific abilities. You will only gain by trying a tutoring session with her! I had tried so many other CARS tutors on here with no luck, once I tried a session with Khudheeja my search was over!! As someone who struggled heavily with the MCAT, scoring very low in CARS Khudheeja is your best bet! Thanks for all your help Khudheeja :)
