I had a coaching session with Dave today, and it was incredibly helpful in preparing me for my upcoming interview for the Case Western Anesthesiologist Assistant program, which is in less than a week. While I had been practicing on my own, I wasn’t sure if my answers were flowing well or if I needed more targeted feedback. Dave was able to identify specific areas for improvement and offered clear, practical suggestions. He helped me work through things I was struggling with, such as maintaining strong eye contact, and even demonstrated how I could tweak and strengthen potential answers. He also walked me through strategies for responding to questions that might catch me off guard on interview day, which significantly boosted my confidence. What stood out most was how patient and kind Dave was throughout the session. He even took the time to call me before our scheduled meeting to explain his coaching approach and provide initial feedback. That conversation alone was extremely valuable, and we could both see how impactful it was once the session began. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who is feeling nervous, unprepared, or simply needs reassurance and guidance before an important interview.

David has been an incredible resource for my 16 year old who is prepping for an important interview but has never been asked anything more involved than a dinner order. David has a plan and a lesson structure on how to interact with your interviewer, listen to the question and most importantly respond thoughtfully and fully to the question. He's been invaluable in coaching my son how to be comfortable in what is inherently and uncomfortable position and has also paid close attention to other crucial aspects of interviewing that others tutors often skip--body language, eye contact, delivery, etc. My son actually looks forward to his sessions and I can see his confidence growing. Can't recommend David enough!
