I hold a MBA from Santa Clara University and a MSEE in Computer Science and Automation. I have competed and won many competitions in Math and have great experience tutoring math to students, ages elementary school to college students. Right now I focus mostly on elementary and middle school students but other ages are not excluded. I strongly believe that everybody can learn Math as long as the approach is right. Practice, time and patience are the crucial factors in being successful in studying this subject. I love math and personally believe that if you are good in understanding math, you will train your brain in such a way that you will be able to analyze and solve problems in your life applying math logic. I have successfully turned around students with low grades who were able to boost their grades and, more importantly, ignited their passion for learning.

My personal satisfaction comes from seeing my students understand and flourish while tackling math problems. I am patient and take many different approaches until I am sure that the student understands the concept. All of my students have greatly improved their grades while I was tutoring them, even the students who didn't believe that they could improve. Being knowledgeable in math gives you confidence! I love teaching math and seeing my students grow from the stage where they feel despair and frustration to the level where they are comfortable and/or excel in math and some even enter the competitions. I take different approaches in expaining math including visuals, graphs, sketches, comparisons etc.
