I'm Davit! I hold a Master's degree and PhD in Biostatistics from the University of Nevada, and I have spent the last eight years tutoring students at various colleges and schools. What drew me to biostatistics was the power it gives us to make sense of real-world data and I love helping students discover that same appreciation for the subject.
My tutoring experience spans a wide range of students, from undergraduates encountering statistics for the first time to graduate students working through advanced biostatistics coursework. I specialize in subjects like probability, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, survival analysis, and research methods. My approach is to first introduce a concept in a clear and accessible way, then work through examples together, and finally give the student space to practice on their own so they can build genuine confidence. I adjust this method based on each student's pace and learning style.
I want every student I work with to walk away not just with the right answer, but with a real understanding they can carry forward. I am easy to reach and always happy to answer questions between sessions. Feel free to contact me to schedule a lesson or ask any questions I look forward to working with you.
