I am passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a genuine understanding of what they are learning. I am originally from the Netherlands and am fluent in both English and Dutch, which allows me to support students from diverse backgrounds. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Erasmus University College in the Netherlands, graduating with honors, and my Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College, where I graduated summa cum laude. Professionally, I have worked in finance and obtained my SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, which allow me to bring practical, real-world insight into subjects like business, economics, and mathematics.

I have over 10 years of tutoring experience working with elementary, middle school, high school, and early college students in one-on-one and small group settings. I also volunteered for two and a half years teaching children from underserved communities, supporting them with homework help, foundational academic skills, and study strategies. These experiences strengthened my ability to adapt to different learning styles and create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and staying engaged.

My tutoring approach focuses on identifying each student’s strengths, challenges, and preferred learning methods. I tailor lessons to help students fully understand concepts while building long-term problem-solving and study skills. I strive to create sessions that are structured, encouraging, and engaging so students can feel motivated and proud of their progress. I am patient, enthusiastic, and committed to helping every student reach their academic goals.
