I hold a Bachelor of Science in Spanish Language & Literature from the University of Pittsburgh Honors College and a Master of Education (Ed.M.) from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and have earned perfect scores on both the SAT and ACT. My teaching experience includes private SAT and ACT tutoring for students in grades 9–12 through established tutoring and test preparation organizations. Over the past six years, I have worked with middle and high school students in both classroom and one-on-one settings. I have created and taught curriculum for all sections of the SAT and ACT. I have worked with students across a range of academic backgrounds and starting score levels.
I teach students how to categorize questions into recognizable problem types. I also focus on helping students select the most effective approach under timed conditions. My sessions emphasize confidence-building through structured practice and guided review. I have worked with hundreds of middle and high school students in college admissions and test preparation contexts, with past students seeing score increases of 120–420 points on the SAT and 4+ points on the ACT following consistent instruction. I aim to equip students with the academic skills and test-taking strategies needed to achieve their target scores with confidence.
