I'm currently completing my Master's degree in Social Work and graduated cum laude with a BA in Communications. I have over a year of experience working one-on-one with students and young adults as a mental health clinical trainee, where I've regularly supported clients with study skills, executive functioning, time management, and overcoming academic obstacles like procrastination and overwhelm. In that role, I've also helped high schoolers develop study schedules and supported middle schoolers with focusing challenges related to ADHD, device distractions, and general academic support. Prior to my master's program, I mentored a youth advocacy group for one year, where I supported students in advocacy, public speaking, and finding their voices.

I'm especially experienced with college applications, personal statements, and scholarship essays—I've been through the process myself multiple times, having been accepted to several undergraduate programs, a Master of Peace and Justice, a Master of Urban and Public Affairs, and four Master of Social Work programs. I know firsthand how stressful and overwhelming the process can feel, and I love helping students find and strengthen their authentic voice in high-stakes writing.

My sessions are practical and low-pressure. We work on breaking down the process, building clarity, and creating a draft that genuinely reflects who you are—not what you think an admissions committee wants to hear. My approach is patient, collaborative, and informed by my mental health training, though I provide academic coaching, not therapeutic services.

Whether you're staring at a blank page or need a second set of eyes before submitting, I'm here to make the process feel more manageable. Feel free to reach out—I'd love to help!

Approved Subjects

ADHD

ADHD

I'm a master's student in social work with over a year of clinical experience supporting students and young adults with ADHD in a mental and behavioral health setting. I'm trained to help clients build executive functioning skills—including time management, task initiation, organization, prioritization, and emotional regulation—and I specialize in working with students navigating academic anxiety, procrastination, and managing multiple demands at once. My approach is patient and practical. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I work with each person to develop personalized strategies that fit their learning style, whether that means breaking down assignments, building realistic schedules, or creating systems to stay organized. I understand the emotional weight that often comes with ADHD, and I'm committed to helping students build both the concrete skills and the confidence to use them.
Executive Functioning

Executive Functioning

I'm a master's student in social work with over a year of clinical experience in a mental and behavioral health setting, working one-on-one with students and young adults with ADHD and academic-related anxiety. I specialize in helping students build executive functioning skills—planning, prioritization, time management, task initiation, and emotional regulation. I can especially help those who struggle with procrastination, staying organized, or managing multiple deadlines. My approach is practical and personalized—we identify what's getting in your way and build sustainable systems that actually work for your brain. I can help you develop the skills to stay on top of your work with less stress.
Personal Statements

Personal Statements

Through my academic experience, I have been accepted to several undergraduate programs, a Master of Peace and Justice, a Master of Urban and Public Affairs, and four Master of Social Work programs. As a writing coach, I specialize in helping students find their authentic voice, identify meaningful experiences to highlight, and structure their story in a way that's both genuine and impactful. My BA in Communications trained me to be a concise and strategic communicator, and my background in mental health means I'm skilled at asking the right questions to draw out what makes you unique and at helping you communicate it clearly. Whether you're staring at a blank page or need help refining a draft, I provide supportive, practical feedback that honors your story.
