I have over five years of tutoring experience. In high school, I tutored middle school students in Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 through a structured tutoring program. In college, I spent three years with MyMentor, where I guided students through writing their college application essays. I was honored to be named Tutor of the Month, and many of the students I supported saw success. In both math and writing, I focused not only on the subject matter, but also on building confidence and resilience so students could carry those lessons into other areas of life.
My approach to tutoring is unique, adaptable, and tailored to the Student's goals. I use my gifts in logic, communication, and philosophy to help students succeed academically and holistically. My goal is to ensure every student not only learns & succeeds with the material, but also discovers the way to apply these lessons to their long-term journey.
