COACHING PHILOSOPHY
My coaching style is holistic, adaptive, and hands-on, with a player-centered approach to training, motivation and competition. I develop a regimen that meets the player at his/her level with a focus on building on their unique strengths, while also addressing challenges - both physical and mental - that may prevent them from reaching their potential. My approach is collaborative rather than top-down, as I try to really understand every facet of a player and partner with them to address their goals.

COACHING APPROACH
My approach typically starts with a self-assessment to understand what they would like to get out of a training program in terms of skills/position development as well as personal goals and challenges. Coaching sessions typically consist of:
1)Cardio warm-ups / dynamic stretching
2)Progression throwing
3)Fielding (grounders/flies)
4)Hitting fundamentals
5)Mental game / motivational strategies
6)Cool-down / static stretching / coaching recap
