Hello. My name is Joseph and I am a current student in the USF MAT program. My focus is History, Social Science, and I can also teach Algebra 1,2, and Geometry. My Degree is in Social Science from UC Berkeley but I’ve always had a passion for basic math, algebra and geometry. I’ve taught summer school High School Geometry at SFUSD for two two years before COVID but am now perusing a Masters in Social Science at USF. I have two sons, one in college and one in high school, and I understand the challenges and issues going on with adolescents and their reaction to authority. I will not put up with whining or excuses and will expect the best results. I do not not use digital devices and everything will be hand written for you to see. If assignments are given online we will transfer to paper and they will be completed there then transferred to digital format. I am amiable, will get to know the student and their assignments, then challenge them or help them achieve success.
