I earned my PhD in Artificial Intelligence from UC Berkeley, fully funded by competitive fellowships including the NSF GRFP. I’ve worked in big tech and currently serve as a senior machine learning scientist in the renewable energy industry. Outside of work, I'm a luthier and have been building my own electric guitars since high school.

My success has come from preparation, awareness, and mentorship, and I aim to help my students access the same opportunities. I’ve guided learners through essay writing, mock interviews, and practical case studies in machine learning and data science, helping them stand out for top programs and employers.

At UC Berkeley, I mentored over 60 community college transfer students from underrepresented backgrounds through T-PREP. My mentees achieved GPAs averaging 0.4 points higher than their peers and went on to internships and jobs at Google, NASA, SpaceX, Amazon, and other leading organizations. I also served as a fellowship writing mentor, helping students win scholarships worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and was invited to NextProf Nexus, a premier conference for future faculty committed to diversity in academia.

I’m passionate about expanding access to STEM. My outreach work has included designing hands-on K-12 lessons on sustainability and autonomous vehicles, inspiring younger students to explore technology and innovation.
