Over the past 10 years, I’ve mentored junior analysts, accountants, and engineers in a professional setting—many of whom went on to earn promotions or transition into new roles thanks to their improved technical fluency. In the past two years, I’ve also tutored my nieces and nephews, ranging from elementary through high school, helping them improve their grades and build confidence in math and STEM subjects. My teaching approach focuses on clarity, patience, and tying abstract concepts to real-world examples, whether that’s simplifying algebra for a middle schooler or breaking down SQL joins for a new data analyst.
