Hi there. My tutoring experience began in high school about 10 years ago. Since then I have offered help to family and friends when they struggled with their study habits, time management as well as subjects like English, sociology, history and many more. During my college years I wrote hundreds of papers, obtaining my BA in Sociology with an emphasis in Health, Education and Welfare taught me compassion for people. I have also completed my Masters in Sociology with an Emphasis in Education. I have learned multiple types of pedagogy in hopes of one day becoming a sociology professor. Through these degrees and my learning journey I have found a passion for writing.

My favorite thing about tutoring is the ability to help those that need a little push. Education has always come easy to me, but for some they need to put in a little more work. I'm here to take the stress off of students and show them ways to be successful in subjects they may struggle with. Seeing students get great results in their school works lets me know that I am doing my job.

As a sociology major I found that the most important thing is being able to comprehend what text and material is given to you. This is a struggle for most people in which I can help. Many sociologists spend hours reading text and analyzing. This is where time management and study skills are needed. My emphasis is in Health, Education and Welfare.

As a sociology major I have wrote a numerous amount of papers. You need a strong background in writing, proofreading, grammar, and reading comprehension. In high school, English was my strong subject. I had no idea how important it would be in my field of study when going to college.
