I am a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 19 years of experience leading complex programs and projects across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, defense, and government contracting industries. Throughout my career, I have managed cross-functional teams, developed and maintained Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), implemented project management systems, and provided executive-level reporting and portfolio oversight. I currently serve as a partner at a project management consulting firm where I help organizations improve planning, scheduling, forecasting, communication, and execution of critical projects.

In addition to my consulting work, I regularly train project managers, project coordinators, functional leads, and executives on project management best practices and Microsoft Project. My teaching approach focuses on practical application rather than theory alone. Whether a student is learning the fundamentals of project scheduling, preparing for a new project management role, or trying to master Microsoft Project, I tailor each lesson to their experience level, goals, and learning style. I frequently provide one-on-one coaching, live demonstrations, real-world examples, and hands-on exercises that students can immediately apply in their work environments.

My areas of expertise include Microsoft Project, project scheduling, resource management, project controls, PMO operations, portfolio management, risk management, status reporting, and project leadership. I enjoy helping students build confidence and develop skills that translate directly into career growth and improved job performance. Whether you are a student, working professional, aspiring project manager, or experienced leader looking to strengthen your project management capabilities, I look forward to helping you achieve your goals.
