I taught for two years as a student instructor for the Cal Ballroom team at UC Berkeley, and have been competing in the collegiate circuit for 4 years. I am very familiar with the international Latin syllabus (cha cha, rumba, samba, jive, paso doble), but also feel comfortable teaching the basics for international ballroom (waltz, quickstep, tango, foxtrot, Viennese waltz) dances as well.
One of the things I love the most about teaching ballroom is being able to see the love for dance flourish in someone else. It's a great community to be a part of, always full of immense potential and creativity.
