I spent my summer after freshman year teaching my own math classes in Philadelphia for 2 and a half months, serving as the head of the math department, and this rigorous experience of a lifetime only reaffirmed my life-long desire to make an impact on the lives of others.
Asides from simply the mathematical foundation, I strive to instill strong work ethic and attention to detail into all of my students. I have always had a knack for developing genuine relationships with my students and making them feel comfortable and confident while taking on their various academic challenges.
It is commonly said that one could be at the top of their field and still not necessarily be successful at imparting that knowledge onto others. I have always believed that the best teachers are not those who simply have great expertise in a subject, but the ability to pick apart concepts and present their inner workings to students in a relatable, patient, and coherent fashion.
I specialize in tutoring math at all levels, including multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Statistics, & Computer Science. I have also done extensive tutoring for the SAT & ACT math sections.
