A Great Teacher
Ueno-san is a great teacher and pleasure to work with. He is very engaging, sensitive to your needs, and helps you learn based on the goals you communicate to him. My wife and I are traveling to Japan in 2 months and are diving into the language in order to better immerse ourselves with the people and culture. Through our lesson we have been inspired to commit ourselves to mastering the language going forward, and plan to have many trips to Japan.

Whatever level you are speaking Japanese, Ueno san will help you improve. Very patient and helpful. Highly recommend! I started as an absolute beginner, with only basic greetings as my base and I feel I am understanding basic grammar and verb tense.

He's great at explaining why a lot of things are what they are instead of only just giving rules/formulas that need to be followed.
