Hello, I'm Alex Julian S. As a Boettcher Scholar and Stanford graduate with a background in Economics, I am highly familiar with the rigorous coursework expected in Economics, Statistics, and Mathematics classes.

I hold a master's degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University (M.S. '10) and a bachelor's degree in Economics from Colorado College. I provide test preparation strategies for the SAT, ACT, and GRE, and specialize in tutoring Advanced/AP-Level Mathematics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Statistics, and Econometrics.

I do not complete graded assignments, quizzes, or exams on behalf of students; instead, we work through similar problems to grasp the underlying concepts. I am a patient and understanding tutor dedicated to helping students succeed. I do not just offer standard tutoring; I build strategies to make learning enjoyable and memorable, and I reverse-engineer how exams are written. My goal is to teach you the material in half the time.
