Excellent tutoring on MS Window Basics: Windows Operating System (OS) including how to pin applications to the Taskbar, how to pin applications to the Start Menu, how to open a new tab in the Google Chrome browser, how to add bookmarks/folders to the Google Chrome browser Bookmarks bar, the difference between Syncing files/folder and do a Backup of files/folders, how to get (and stay) organized by creating an efficient Filing System made up of a hierarchy of folders and subfolders in File Explorer, and how to add links to (and remove link from) the Quick Access bar in File Explorer.

I had a basic request for support to create a formatted Word document that I needed fairly urgently. Not having used Word for decades, Jason was able to get me re-oriented, start from scratch on the document creation, and share lots of tips on handy functionality that I never knew before. Nice easy pace, patient, had time to practice what I learned in the session and left with a template that I could build on. Loved it!
