I’ve been training individuals, small businesses, and corporate employees since 1985. We all have special skills, and my special skill is to be able to learn complex subjects and then break them down into easy-to-understand concepts in layman’s terms that anyone could understand. It has always been my passion to share my knowledge with others to help them achieve their educational goals. I'm very patient and I always pace my training classes at the learning speed of my clients - as fast or slow as they need to go so that they don't feel overwhelmed.

I'm a computer software application instructor offering remote online training classes using a Screen Sharing and Remote Access application called Zoom which is safe and secure and allows you to share your screen and mouse with me so that I can show you how to use your computer.

  • Rate details: A Cancellation Fee equal to the amount of my hourly rate will be accessed if training class is not canceled (or rescheduled) at least 24 hours prior to training class start time.

I've been holding training classes for individuals, small businesses, and large corporations on how to use Microsoft Access since 1992. I've successfully taught many small business owners how to streamline their business by converting from an overgrown Excel spreadsheet system to an efficient Access database system which has enabled them to reduce duplicate records, prevent the wrong type of data from being entered into record fields, and protect the databases using the built-in security features of Microsoft Access. In my Microsoft Access for Windows training class, I can teach you the basics of how to create/edit Databases in Microsoft Access using Tables, Queries, Reports, Forms, and Relationships as well as how to switch between the various Views (Datasheet, Design, Layout, Form, etc.).

I can help you become proficient in using Microsoft Excel to increase your skills, land your dream job, or get that promotion. In my Microsoft Excel for Windows training class, I can teach you what you need to know including the Quick Access Toolbar, Worksheet area, Cells, Columns/Rows, Headers/Footers, Menu Ribbon, Menu Ribbon groups (Clipboard, Font, Number, etc.), inserting Objects (i.e. Pictures, Shapes, Icons, etc.), creating Macros, Formula Syntax and Functions (i.e. vLookup, IF, etc.), Auto features (AutoSum, AutoAverage, AutoCount, etc.), Excel Tables/Charts, Excel Pivot Tables/Charts, Freeze Panes, Filtering, Sorting, Formatting, Cell References (Worksheet, Cross-Sheet, etc.), Forecasting, Fill, Flash Fill, Charts, Analysis, Data Validation, What-If Analysis, and more. In my Microsoft Outlook for Windows training class, I can teach you how to add/edit/delete Email Accounts, Email Messages, Email Folders/Subfolders, Tasks, Notes, Contacts, Calendars, and Calendar Appointments, Meetings, and Events. I can also show you how to sort, filter, create searches, create rules, attach files, and how to organize your email messages for maximum efficiency in order to achieve and maintain “Inbox Zero” (a term that means having zero emails left in your Inbox). I can even teach you to work faster and more efficiently by using keyboard shortcuts.

Excellent tutoring on MS Window Basics: Windows Operating System (OS) including how to pin applications to the Taskbar, how to pin applications to the Start Menu, how to open a new tab in the Google Chrome browser, how to add bookmarks/folders to the Google Chrome browser Bookmarks bar, the difference between Syncing files/folder and do a Backup of files/folders, how to get (and stay) organized by creating an efficient Filing System made up of a hierarchy of folders and subfolders in File Explorer, and how to add links to (and remove link from) the Quick Access bar in File Explorer.
