I have 20+ years of experience as a Substitute Teacher, Tutor, Trainer, Director, and Coach. I have been a Substitute Teacher in the Metro Nashville School System for the last 10 years, teaching students various subjects in grades K-12.

I have 17 years of experience as a Certified Religious Education Teacher, developing the courses, teaching the courses, and managing all teacher responsibilities for grades 4-9.

I taught all of my children to read before first grade and one of them by the time she was 4. They consistently tested 3-4 grades above reading level. All 3 of my children have some form of attention deficit disorder so I have experience raising and training children with ADD and ADHD. I was also a Foster Parent and received specialized training from the Division of Youth and Family Services for 4 years.

I have taught students from many different countries, backgrounds, cultures, and learning styles. My teaching/tutoring style includes using nurturing, active listening, problem solving, and customizing my approach to the student's learning style and needs.

For the last 10 years, as a Substitute Teacher, I have completed Annual Teacher Training and Re-certification, and passed the annual Background Checks.

In High School, I was the Homecoming Queen, a member of Student Government, an actress in the Thespian Society, and a Peer Tutor.

In college, I completed courses in Business Writing, Technical Writing, Child Psychology, Group Communications, Team Building, Drama, Abnormal Psychology, Introduction to Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, among others.
I am a member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society for Psychology majors.

In my professional Sales Management career, I have obtained numerous Sales Management Awards for Relationship Management, Top Sales, Leadership, Training Staff Members,and Customer Service.
