Hi I'm Bishoy! I'm a graduate of the University Of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and I'm currently an Internal Medicine resident in California. Before med school, I studied biomedical engineering at the City College of New York, and then took some time off from education to travel and start a start up. I've been tutoring since high school, first at my local church and then as a peer tutor throughout college and medical school. I pride myself on being able to explain complex topics in simple terms. Part of my day job is compassionately communicating medicine to patient's and their families. I bring that energy and communication style to the students I tutor. I'm currently focusing on teaching Physiology, Anatomy, Histology, Pathophysiology, clinical skills, USMLE test prep, and application help for medical school and residencies. I matched into my first choice residency in California, coming from the east coast and having never lived in California! Let me show you how I did it!
