Hi, I'm Cayden! I'm a second-year at the University of Southern California, studying Philosophy, Politics and Law on the Pre-Law track. I'm a Dean's List scholar, published legal researcher, and recipient of multiple merit-based scholarships.
Having graduated from high school recently, I'm very familiar with contemporary curriculum and the plethora of learning styles students have become accustomed to. I understand the mechanics, patterns, and bigger pictures of virtually every subject area. Granted, I do deem myself more of a "Humanities kid" than a "STEM kid" because of my passion for reading and writing. And I strongly believe that building a robust foundation in any field of academia begins with understanding the Humanities. That being said, I do have the intellectual experience to tutor in a variety of subject areas. I've earned A-grades and/or received a score of 5 on the College Board AP exams in Honors Humanities, Honors American Literature, AP English Language (Writing & Composition), AP World History, AP United States History, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Government & Politics. I've also scored in the 96th percentile on the SAT.
Beyond my time in high school, I've had the opportunity to further my learning in undergraduate studies. USC has given me access to prestigious curriculum from world-renowned professors that I'm excited to translate in my tutoring sessions. And currently experiencing the university learning environment, I'm equipped to show my students what it takes to excel in higher education.
