I graduated with honors from UC Santa Barbara, where I studied Biochemistry-Molecular Biology and worked in a neuroscience lab. Since graduating, I have done cancer biology research at a biotech company and worked in healthcare. Teaching has always been a passion of mine! I worked as a Learning Assistant for intro Biology courses for 3 years while in college, and was the on campus tutor for UCSB's calculus classes.
