My tutoring and teaching experience is vast. In college, I spent 2 and half years tutoring high school students in Math & English classes. After college, I have spent close to 6 years educating new staff in tax & accounting problems and thru on the job training. The CPA firm career model is one of an apprentice, where-in you work under an experienced CPA for many years before you are able to serve clients on your own. Further, as a mid career manager, I am able to train new graduates through many approaches such as: video faced tools such as Zoom & Microsoft teams, in person formats such as one on one meetings, and written formats using detailed explanations in concise and clear feedback
