Hi. I am Dina, I was born & and raised in Cairo, Egypt. I attended all my school years there till graduation from university. So, Arabic language is my mother tongue as well as the Arabic grammar/ language art was studied in each and every year in school!

I teach Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) as well as Egyptian Dialect courses at SDSU languages acquisition center for the last 7 years. I taught various and different levels of courses from beginners to intermediate to professional sustainable. I teach the 4 language modules, i.e. reading, speaking, listening & writing.

I worked with many students with different ages, backgrounds & levels. I have my youngest student 6 years old and my oldest student 73 years old :)

Teaching is my passion. I enjoy teaching & I feel contented whenever I see my students excel in the language and become able to speak, read, write or understand Arabic. I always make sure that my students benefit the most from my lessons and every lesson is a successful step in their language study journey.

I teach all levels of Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) Language as well as Egyptian Arabic Dialect; from beginners to Professional Sustainment Levels with 7 years of Teaching experience working with San Diego State University Research Foundation - Language Acquisition Resource Center (SDSURF - LARC). Moreover I am a private Tutor for students learning MSA or the Egyptian Arabic dialect for the last 3 years. I teach all the 4 language proficiencies (Speaking, Listening, Reading & Writing). I worked with students learning the Arabic Language in San Diego Community college as well as students learning the language for better work opportunities or as a hobby too! Looking forward to start working with you to discover this amazing language!

Excellent teacher

I’m really glad we found Dina for our daughter. Our daughter has wanted to learn Arabic for a long time but was frustrated with other teachers, but Dina has worked her magic through patience and knowledge to make Arabic click for our child.
