I’ve gained hands-on experience working with elementary school students as a substitute teacher and student teacher. In these roles, I worked one-on-one and with small groups, focusing on students who needed additional support or personalized attention. I adapt my methods to make challenging concepts approachable, whether it’s through step-by-step explanations, interactive examples, or practice exercises that reinforce understanding. My goal is to help students succeed academically while building skills they can apply long-term.
